A Taste of the Old West
In Sublette County, cowboys still make their living herding steers, and busting broncs and roping are still favorite pastimes. The Oregon Trail passed through here, and before that the Mountain Men had rendezvous on the Green River after trapping for beaver. A rendezvous is still held each July. Join us for some real Western hospitality around the camp fire and get away from the crowds. With the lowest population of any state in the US, you’ll enjoy the wide open spaces and abundant wildlife not seen in other areas. We’ve got the saddles, so grab your boots and head our way.
A Unique Vacation
Wilderness activities include horseback riding or hiking to a blue ribbon trout stream or scenic high mountain valley. Enjoy a day trip into the mountains to fish along crystal clear streams, with meals and cold drinks provided.
